Shipping policy

We ship all Midnight Service orders with tracking.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation by email.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

— Belgium: 4–8 days
— Netherlands: 4–8 days
— Germany: 4–8 days
— United States: 4–8 days
— Other destinations: delivery times are shown at checkout where available

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, carrier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties, VAT, or customs charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Midnight Service cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days or you believe your parcel may be lost, contact us at stella@midnightservice.co and we’ll investigate it with the carrier.
